My bestie and I
My two very photogenic cats, Salem (black) and Crayola (calico)
I'm Eli Summers, but you probably guessed that by being on the website with my name, right? I'm the beaver on the right over there. I was reading somewhere that I should have a professional biography with facts and smart languages ... and all I could think of was how boring that would be! But, to make my manager happy, I'll add some super professional information about myself;
Eli Summers was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where he continues to live. Although he has moved around quite a lot, he finds the desolate city to be his home, where most of his family resides. He published his debut novel, The Winter Experience, in October 2014. His sophomore novel, The Summer Experience, which is the sequel was published in April 2015. He is now working on the third and fourth book of the Seasons Experience Collection all while other ideas run unchecked in his head.
He currently lives in a small apartment with his fiance Jaret and their two cats, Salem and Crayola. When he's not working on his next novel, you can find Eli at the library reading, working his day job, crying in the corner or drinking copious amount of caffeine.
Thank goodness that's over with. I never really feel connected to the author with those things, I like personalized profiles, but my manager is now happy.
I've always had a thing with creativity. Not necessarily with just writing, my mind has just always been overactive. When I was five, I wanted to be a police car. Not the officer, the car itself. After a few years of "maturity" and a very stern conversation with my parents, I decided I wanted to be a giraffe. (You see a pattern here, don't you?) Another few years and another conversation with my parents about how you cannot be an inanimate object OR an animal, I decided I wanted to be an accountant. I know, right? My creativity was out of this world and I wanted a desk job. Well, I can say with great amusement, I have actually decided to take Web Design and Graphic Art, with writing on the side!
Well, I should probably stop writing this and get to actually finishing my novels. If you'd like to know anything else about me, you can view my blog or maybe even come visit me on FaceBook! (I have other social media accounts too, which are listed here)
Thanks for stopping by!
Much love & Appreciation,
